WPGHOST does not promise round-the-clock human availability or a response-time guarantee. Requests are reviewed through the published support channel, and urgent infrastructure issues can be escalated when appropriate.
Will WPGHOST update my plugins and themes?
Ongoing WordPress maintenance is separate from hosting. Hosting support covers the server-side environment your WordPress site uses.
Should I keep my own backups?
Yes. Keep a current, tested backup outside the hosting account for website, database and email data that matters to your business.
